Crest Nicholson — where they build
All live and pipeline developments listed by Crest Nicholson as at July 2026. Click any marker for the development name. The concentration in the South and East of England — the highest-price, most affordability-stretched regions — is the geographic context for the weak HY26 sales rate (0.48 vs 0.53).

Reading the map. Crest Nicholson’s estate is overwhelmingly a Southern and Eastern England footprint — Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Sussex, Kent, Essex and the Home Counties — with a Midlands band and a small, newer Yorkshire cluster. That geography carries the highest selling prices in the country (open-market ASP of £414k against a UK new-build average nearer £300k), which makes its buyers the most exposed to mortgage affordability at a 3.75% base rate that markets now expect to stay higher for longer. Peers with heavier Northern and lower-price-point weightings have reported firmer sales rates through the same period. The Chiltern division was closed in November 2025 as part of the restructuring.
